COMPLIANCE STATUS
This website is partially compliant with Spanish RD 1112/2018 due to the exceptions and the lack of compliance of the aspects indicated in the following point.
NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The content set out below might not be accessible due to the following:
There may be some aspects of contrast that do not comply with the minimums required, with respect to the adjacent background colours.
There may be some non-text components not tagged correctly.
The search engines search automatically without the need for any action by the user.
There may be some text in another language not tagged correctly.
There may be isolated code-editing errors on some web pages.
There may be electronic files in PDF or other formats published that do not fully comply with all the accessibility requirements. However, we have ensured that most of them do comply.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Once you have made a request for accessible information or complaint, if it is rejected and you do not agree with the decision made, or the response does not meet the requirements stipulated in article 12.5, the interested party may lodge a complaint. Similarly, you can lodge a complaint if twenty business days have passed and you have not received a response.
The complaint may be lodged through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Office of the Spanish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as using the other options set out in Law 39/ 2015, of 1 October, on Common Administrative Procedures of the Public Administrations. Complaints will be received and processed by the Ministry’s General Deputy Director of the service inspectorate.
